TIPI CHRISTMAS COMES TO THE GLASS WORKS THIS FESTIVE SEASON!

Barnsley, are you feeling festive? Tipi Christmas are opening their doors on the 14th November at The Glass Works.
Located outside the Tommy Taylor memorial bridge (next to the bus station).

Brought to you by Tipi Events, Tipi Christmas is the perfect family friendly venue to get into the festive spirit.  Hot Chocolates, mulled wine and festive fun, what’s not to like! Open every day 11am / 11pm

ONE WEEK TO GO UNTIL BRIGHT NIGHTS!

Who’s excited about Barnsley Bright Nights next week? We definitely are! Join us for two unforgettable evenings of art, music, and festive cheer at The Glass Works on Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd November.

Here’s what’s in store:

  • The Barnsley Carol Giant Projection – Inspired by Arthur Godfrey’s “Christmas Eve,” this massive projection will illuminate The Glass Works Square with Barnsley Singers performing live on Friday. Shows every 30 minutes, from 5pm to 8.30pm!
  • Illuminated Light Parade – On Saturday at 6.30pm, experience the magical Illuminated Parade, featuring inflatable Strobilophones, Disco Bike Dancers, the soaring Birds of Play, and a final sighting of the mythical Eldon Street Beast. Watch as the procession lights up Barnsley town centre!
  • Light Art Trail – Explore interactive installations throughout town at Barnsley Civic, The Lightbox, Barnsley College, Alhambra Centre, and more!

COSY UP THIS NOVEMBER AT CINEWORLD BARNSLEY

As the nights draw in and the weather turns colder, now is a great time to cosy up in front of the big screen at Cineworld! with some fantastic new releases and family favourites on offer this week including Gladiator II, Paddington in Peru, Heretic, Juror #2, Moana 2 and Wicked.
