What you’ll get up to

As a Sales, Events and Marketing Manager at The Botanist, you are a crucial part of our guest’s journey, from initial enquiry to guest departure. You will build relationships with new, existing & regular guests, ensuring we are consistently creating memorable experiences when we are open and running. This is a truly rewarding role within our new opening sites as you’re the face of the business, promoting, creating events and networking.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our reservation system along with managing all enquiries, whether that’s through telephone, website, social media, third party and/or in person. You’ll host and coordinate reservations and events alongside the operational team.

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and only for new opening sites.
