What you’ll get up to

As a Sales and Reservations Coordinator at The Botanist Barnsley, you are a crucial part of our guest’s journey, from initial enquiry to guest departure. You will build relationships with new, existing & regular guests, ensuring we are consistently creating memorable experiences.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of our reservation system along managing all enquiries, whether that’s through telephone, website, social media, third party and/or in person. You’ll host and coordinate reservations and events alongside the operational team.
